（美國）國際自動化學(xué)會（Internationally Society of Automation，簡稱ISA）在全世界范圍內(nèi)為自動化領(lǐng)域的專業(yè)人員提供中立性的無偏見的教育和培訓(xùn)。工業(yè)領(lǐng)域?qū)I(yè)人員，不管是經(jīng)驗豐富的工程師、正在實(shí)踐的技師，還是了無經(jīng)驗的職場新人都可以參加ISA在地方培訓(xùn)中心、或在企業(yè)內(nèi)開設(shè)的現(xiàn)場培訓(xùn)、或通過遠(yuǎn)程教學(xué)來提高專業(yè)技能。ISA的許多課程都是針對的提高實(shí)踐能力的實(shí)驗室強(qiáng)化課程。
ISA全部課程配備課程分成三大部分，并配備了大量指導(dǎo)教師。盡管ISA為技師和自動化職業(yè)人提供的資質(zhì)課程與ISA培訓(xùn)課程不直接關(guān)聯(lián)，但這三大部分可以覆蓋技師和自動化職業(yè)人才應(yīng)該具有的知識范圍，可以有利于學(xué)員獲得CAP（Certified Automation Professional自動化專業(yè)人員認(rèn)證）或CCST（ISA‘s Certified Control Systems Technician Program，ISA控制系統(tǒng)技師項目認(rèn)證）證書。
ISA已經(jīng)通過了IACET（International Association for Continuing Education and Training，繼續(xù)教育和培訓(xùn)國際聯(lián)盟）的認(rèn)證，表明ISA符合被國際廣泛認(rèn)為可以提供良好實(shí)踐教學(xué)的ANSI/IACET 1-2007標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。作為官方認(rèn)可的成員，ISA被許可提供IACET CEU（Continuing Education Unit繼續(xù)教育單位）符合ANSI/IACET 1-2007標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的教育項目。

課程體系
基本技能課程—使學(xué)員理解自動化和控制，提供基本知識以便進(jìn)階學(xué)習(xí)。
自動化專業(yè)技能—課程覆蓋自動化專業(yè)人員應(yīng)該具有的知識和技能。
技術(shù)技能—課程包括儀器和電子系統(tǒng)的定標(biāo)、維護(hù)、維修、調(diào)校、故障查找，工業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)通訊和智能現(xiàn)場儀表。

培訓(xùn)地點(diǎn)
集中培訓(xùn)—ISA在美國多個州、世界多個國家設(shè)有30多個培訓(xùn)中心；
現(xiàn)場培訓(xùn)—ISA可以應(yīng)企業(yè)要求進(jìn)廠培訓(xùn)；
遠(yuǎn)程培訓(xùn)—CyberU（網(wǎng)上大學(xué)），ISA提供上百套在線教育課程，還配有專業(yè)輔導(dǎo)教師。

課時和學(xué)費(fèi)
每門課一般連續(xù)講2~3天，學(xué)費(fèi)因課程不同一般在1100~1800美元之間，會員級別不同，學(xué)費(fèi)價格不同。例如，“儀器和控制系統(tǒng)故障查詢”課程，ISA會員學(xué)費(fèi)為1305美元，聯(lián)盟會員為1465美元，社區(qū)會員為1630美元，組團(tuán)為1305美元。學(xué)費(fèi)中包括價值約100美元的教科書。
